Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) is fundamentally transforming educational environments through the establishment of intelligent classrooms, the provision of immediate instructional feedback, the facilitation of personalized learning experiences, and the enhancement of academic performance outcomes. This study investigates the mechanisms by which IoT technologies augment the processes of teaching and learning, delineates the principal challenges associated with their integration, and proposes directions for subsequent research endeavors. Drawing upon contemporary empirical evidence and systematic literature reviews, it emphasizes IoT’s potential to elevate student engagement, enhance pedagogical quality, and facilitate data-driven personalization, whilst concurrently addressing obstacles such as insufficient infrastructure, teacher preparedness, and apprehensions surrounding data privacy.
