• All articles are published in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license. Under this license, authors retain copyright and allow maximum reuse and distribution, provided appropriate credit is given.
• All articles can be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked to without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, in accordance with the CC BY terms.

This policy applies to all scholarly articles published in our journal, except for any articles with incompatible licensing or assignment agreements made prior to adopting this policy.
