4. Cancellation and Refunds
As our services are customized and tailored to client requirements, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted once the project has commenced. Any exception to this policy shall be at our sole discretion and only before the initiation of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to materials, designs, software code, documents, or deliverables created by us shall remain the property of Mango Pulse (OPC) Private Limited until full payment has been received. Upon completion of payment, ownership shall transfer as per the agreed terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
