Clients may request cancellation of a project prior to the commencement of work. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

Once the project has started, including planning, design, development, or implementation, cancellations are generally not accepted.

2. Refund Policy

As our services are customized, time-based, and effort-driven, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or deliverables have been partially or fully provided.

Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of the management of Mango Pulse (OPC) Private Limited.
